At least one of your questions should show that you've done your research about the role or the employer.

To increase your likelihood of receiving the job offer, consider asking these three questions:

1. In your opinion, what differentiates a good employee from a great employee? 2. What type of people thrive in the role you are hiring for? 3. Currently, what is your biggest challenge and how will I be able to help you overcome it in this role?
