Here is the application process:
1. Let us know that you are looking for a new position by applying directly or sending us an email at apply@luxestaff.com with your resume, cover letter, certificates, and reference letters.
2. Apply for a specific position that fits your qualifications. Luxe Staff will carefully review your application and contact you for an interview if selected. 3. Fill out a questionnaire.
4. Participate in a thorough interview-style conversation with us. We will create a customized portfolio for you to submit to potential employers. This may require follow-up conversations and document submissions. We will conduct a background check and contact your references. The employer will then review your portfolio and decide if they want to interview you. If you are selected for an interview, Luxe Staff will contact you to make arrangements. If you are not selected, we will keep your portfolio active for other roles.
5. Interview with the employer or their representative(s). This could involve multiple interviews on different days with different people. Luxe Staff will contact you if you are selected for the role.
6. Receive an official "Offer of Employment" from the employer for your review. We will help clarify and negotiate the terms if necessary.
7. Accept the offer and get started. We will follow up to ensure a smooth transition into your new position.​
